Office Receptionist/ Telemarketer wanted

We are a family owned company located in Northridge who services residential and large clients such as assistant living homes, universities, theaters etc… This is a position for someone who is looking for a part-time position.

Requirements:

 Strong Verbal and writing skills

 Professional and friendly telephone manner

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)

 Strong customer service Experience/problem resolution

 Ability to work with all personality types

 Work quickly and efficiently

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

 Self-motivated person who likes to stay busy

Duties:

 Managing office task such as: mailouts, phone calls, filing etc.

 Schedule preparation for office staff

Office hours-M-F 12pm-4pm

Pay-depending on experience.
