We are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support our client a busy Entrepreneur and Investor in Santa Monica, California. This is a part-time position and candidates will need to be available 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates will be able to work in person primarily with flexibility for hybrid on occasion. The person in this position will also check in on the principal's home while they are traveling. Candidates must be personable, professional, tech savvy, and very detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Business and personal calendar management
- Travel booking and expenses
- Managing principal's website and social media accounts
- Managing household staff members
- Booking personal appointments
- Assistance with event coordination
- Working with vendors
- Running errands as needed
- Checking mail while the principal is traveling
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience as EA/PA or in a similar position
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Must embrace technology and be open to learning new systems
- Prior event experience is preferred but not required
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
Compensation:
$45 per hour DOE, discretionary bonus.
Location:
Santa Monica, CA.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 1-6 pm PT. Ideally 5 days a week in person, but open to 3 days a week in person for the right candidate. Will be remote while the executive is traveling.
