Pacific Crest Real Estate, a medium-sized property management and acquisition company in the apartment industry, is looking for an experienced apartment maintenance technician to work full-time at our 1920s construction architecturally beautiful Koreatown apartment communities. As a technician you will be responsible to make apartment units rent ready and make repairs.
You must have experience in maintenance for apartment communities in turnover-related work, repairs and renovations. You must be able to speak basic English and be able to fill out time-sheets tracking hours at various buildings and to complete work orders and respond to emails. We have a strong preference for people who have been trained by a large, professionally-run property management company and who have worked on older buildings.
This position has the flexibility to be on-site or off-site. We offer free rent (on-site), competitive hourly rates and medical benefits.
