Real estate company is seeking to engage a cash-for-keys negotiator to form relationships with tenants and negotiate a cash-for-keys arrangement, where tenants voluntarily agree to vacate their unit in exchange for monetary compensation subject to all RSO laws.
This would initially be a temporary engagement with the potential of a longer term arrangement for a solid performer. This could be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to supplement their existing income or to secure a part time engagement.
Ideal candidate is a good people person, is persistent and determined. Spanish speaking and experience doing voluntary cash for keys transaction is a must.
Properties are generally located in South LA, East LA and central LA. Compensation would be largely success based (ie completion of successful negotiation) but could also include an hourly payment. A solid performer would do quite well with this engagement.
