Our firm is looking to hire a full time Construction Manager who has minimum 5 years experience working as a Construction Manager / Site Super for quality large volume home builders.
Experience and Qualifications:
- General Contractors license in good standing for minimum 5 years
- Experience hiring Sub Trades
- Detail understanding of construction blueprints
- Ability to set expectations with trades and substrates
- Understanding of construction management software
- Previous experience building and managing ground-up residential single family homes
- Understanding of how to navigate the permitting process.
This is a management level position and requires strong business acumen and a keen eye for quality workmanship.
