Onsite property manager needed with a property management firm based out of Los Angeles. Property is located in the North Hills area, major are cross streets are Sepulveda and Nordoff.
Responsibilities:
Rent Collection
3 Day Notices
Work with maintenance team and outside vendors
Able to engage and promote positive tenant relationships
Leasing
Marketing of vacant units
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of property management experience needed managing 100+ unit building.
GED or HS Diploma
Driver's license and a car, this is a MUST
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
