Job Title: Leasing Agent/Property Manager Position
Location: Property Management, Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-Times
Leasing Agent Job Description: Post all available vacancies on Zillow, Appfolio, Apt.com, Craigslist etc.
- Take photos of vacancies to upload on advertisements. Keep listings updated.
- Answer all prospect calls, schedule showings and SELL the unit to prospects.
- Help prospects fill applications through actual lease process.
- Set up utilities for vacancies
- Other management jobs: Pay trash bills, Deposits, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
Schedule appointments with prospective residents.
Confirm appointment with prospective residents.
Present properties to prospective residents.
Follow up on leads with prospective residents.
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and advertising.
Confirm and process all rental applications using provided rental criteria and screening program.
Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations.
Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees.
Stay knowledgeable of the current rental market & laws.
Assist Property Manager with collections, notices, and tenant relations.
Skim community facilities (common ground) such as mailrooms, fitness centers and laundry rooms when visiting properties.
POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Spanish/English proficient
Self-starter, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced quick changing environment.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive with marketing and sales.
Strong customer service skills.
