Small property management company seeking on-site manager to oversee daily operations of a 25 unit rent control property in Valley Village. The position is part time and compensation is a free 1-bedroom apartment. Candidates should have experience managing rent controlled apartments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar w/ Yard and Appfolio.
-Job Responsibilities -
-Supervision of outside vendors.
-Communication with tenants, preparation of notices, rent collection.
-Show and rent vacant units, including running credit checks and prepping rental applications for review by main office.
-Performing daily property walkthroughs
-Perform light maintenance
