Small established brand looking for a detail oriented individual who is fast on their feet and can write a good customer service email. Duties include, web shipping, wholesale shipping, dealing with returns and customers via email. Ideally you know your way around Shopify, Quick Books, are a good problem solver and work well on your own. Hours are somewhat flexible and there is opportunity to grow for the right individual. Experience as a key holder is a plus.
