The role includes access control, visible armed patrols, driving between designated locations, monitoring the property, responding to incidents, and strictly following all site specific post orders. Guards must demonstrate good judgment, strong situational awareness, and clear communication at all times.
Requirements include
Valid California BSIS Guard Card
Valid California BSIS Firearm Permit
Must own a firearm and required duty gear
Valid California driver’s license
Clean driving record
Must know how to drive and be comfortable with driving assignments
Prior armed security experience required
Ability to pass background checks
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
