An AI-driven data PaaS startup in the health informatics space is hiring a Director of Cloud Operations to build intuitive, cutting edge user interfaces for their platform. This company connects research institutions, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and patients to find treatment options and therapy programs that human doctors miss using their state of the art AI systems. Their product is already in widespread use in the medical community and have received a recent round of additional funding to help them scale to meet their complex technical challenges. A major focus will be to Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define and document strategy to build and support enterprise SAAS infrastructure ensuring scalable and sustainable growth Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience Leadership or Management
- Enterprise B2B/SaaS
- Security / HIPPA
- Cloud IAAS
- Strong AWS
- Enterprise Architecture / Cloud certifications or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience with packaging and deploying software and cloud infrastructure
- Experience working closely with customers, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to convey stability and solicit trust.
- Previous experience in the health or data space
- SOC, ISO, and HIPAA compliance
- 80% Management
- 20 % Hands On
