AGS Inc. is looking for an experienced recruiter of security officers for the Los Angeles and Hollywood area. (two years proven experience required)
Responsibilities
Work with management and department leads to proactively determine hiring needs.
Own the recruiting process, including initiating and communicating with potential candidates, scheduling in-person and online interviews, familiarizing oneself with all job descriptions and ensuring candidates progress through the hiring process in a timely manner.
Understand the Company’s pre-employment requirements.
Take candidates through the recruiting process.
Coordinate offer and hiring processes.
Identify and present new ideas on how to attract officers to management.
Assist in improving our job advertisements, descriptions and interview questions.
Manage relationships with external recruiting resources.
Help establish and promote programs such as employee referrals and social media/web campaigns.
Maintain appropriate records and statistics and generate reports as necessary.
Assist in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and institute changes as well as communicate to those affected.
Continually work to improve our hiring processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Experience with recruiting and sourcing security and special event personnel.
Effective written and verbal communication.
