You absolutely must have a wide breadth of knowledge of vehicle makes and models and a basic understanding of mechanical issues related to vehicles.
Must have the phone skills and closing ability of a pro.
Our sales associates have 2-4 monitors with multiple internet programs being used, so being internet savy is vital.
You need to think on your feet, think out of the box and be able to see past the obvious to help close customers.
So in summary if are a superman or superwoman of sales as outlined above you should apply.
Base Pay is 40k. What you bring to the table is what you make above that and yes, we have enough leads to drown you.
