This job involves dealing with walk-in customers, sending emails, taking inbound calls and making outbound phone calls. A pleasant up-beat demeanor and good attitude is required. THIS IS NOT A COLD CALLING SALES POSITION. Looking for a personable, energetic, go-getter who is organized, hard-working, dedicated and diligent. We want a team player who works well with others. We attend 9 trade shows every year. The locations for these trade shows include Las Vegas, Long Beach, New Jersey, Florida, Texas and a few more. We need somebody who can travel to a few of these shows a year, not all of them, we spread the load over our entire sales team. Our company, WildSide, has been around for over 40 years! We have a family style culture here where everybody cares about each other just like a real family. Wild Side has been a family owned business for over 40 years now. Annual pay for this position is $35,360 @$17/hour, without calculating bonus and commissions. Bonus & Commission is discretionary and is performance based. It's also a substantial part of the pay that our sales reps receive. Big commission potential if you're a hard worker. Benefits included after 60 days of employment. These benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k & two weeks paid vacation and 24 hours of sick time per year. A lot more money can be made if you prove your worth and perform. We evaluate you after 90 days of employment for dedicated commission and bonus schedule.
