California, Los angeles 00000 Los angeles USA

A rapidly growing and successful independent State Farm agency has an opening for a Sales Representative/Account Manager - Team Member position. State Farm experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience working with other insurance carriers will also be taken into consideration. Compensation is negotiable, depending on experience and what the candidate can bring to the table, which will be discussed during the first interview.

Requirements:

Must be able to work independently, require minimal supervision, and be a true self-starter

Meet and exceed goals and quotas, earn bonuses alongside other high producers

Possess a natural ability to provide excellent customer service, obtain raw new business, retain clients via value-value based principles

Generate leads, convert opportunities into sales, multi-line product lines, and always strive for higher bonuses and earning potential
