Eastside real estate company seeks honest, energetic, confident, organized leasing consultant.
Your role would be to help us find qualified tenants to move into our beautiful, sustainable, recently-renovated apartment homes.
This is a great position for someone looking for an extra $1,000-3,000 / month working 10-15 hrs per week, mostly nights and weekends.
Prefer licensed real estate agent, but ok with someone willing to commit to getting license quickly. (Getting a license isn’t particularly hard - you take some online classes for $200, then take a multiple choice test.)
No leasing experience needed - training provided.
Strong preference for someone living on the Eastside.
We have had very good luck with people who are pursuing their passion (acting, music, etc.) and need a flexible side-gig.
Duties:
- Create online ads for vacant apartments
- Respond quickly to incoming calls / texts / emails
- Arrange showings (mostly via video these days)
- Arrange for lease signings (in collaboration with licensed office staff)
