What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide outstanding service by helping clients with insurance quotes, claims, and policy updates
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions
Contribute to agency goals and success through proactive outreach and sales
Requirements:
California Insurance License required (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
Previous insurance sales and service required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment
