Position Overview:
We’re seeking a part-time Lash & Brow Artist who shares our philosophy of natural enhancement. The ideal artist has a refined eye, gentle technique, and a deep appreciation for detail. You’ll work one-on-one with discerning clients who value privacy, quality, and calm. I am looking for the right candidate to handle all my lash clients. Is this you? We will start part-time and work towards a full-time position.
Services You’ll Provide:
-Natural lash extensions (classic, soft hybrid)
-Lash lifts and tints
-Brow lamination and shaping
-Microblading or Nano brows (bonus)
-Lip Blushing (bonus)
You Are:
-Licensed in California (Cosmetology or Esthetics)
-Experienced (2+ years preferred) in lash and brow services
-Passionate about natural, minimalist beauty
-Calm, professional, and client-centered
-Reliable and precise, with strong hygiene and artistry standards
-Expert at lash lifts and lash extensions
Compensation:
-$20–$25/hr base pay (depending on experience and skill) or straight commission (40-60%)
-15–20% commission on services (if you decide on the base pay option)
-10% commission on retail sales
-100% of tips
-Higher rates available for artists with existing clientele or advanced expertise
