Responsibilities:
Performance of all maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned.
Experience in, but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry and grounds cleaning.
Maintain properties in a clean and a safe working environment
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Customer service and goals orientated
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Must have a DL and a set of hand tools
Ability to drive to different properties on the Westside of Los Angeles
