Concrete foreperson / required , must have experience as a foreperson in the concrete industry. lead foreperson must be able to read blueprints, read structural details, shoot grades, shoot elevations, run a crew, set batter boards, install formwork, steel rebar. Must be able to take project out of the ground. operation of equipment not required but would be an advantage , excavators and loaders, set grade stakes, elevations, keep track of time and hours, RFis and change orders, beyond contract.
