Los Angeles restoration company seeking experienced subcontractors for ongoing project work.
Open Roles:
Water Mitigation Tech: $350–$400/day
Moisture Mapping Consultant: $500–$600/visit
Work Details:
As-needed / project-based (1099)
Must be available on short notice for emergency calls
IICRC-certified, insured, and equipped (vehicle + tools) preferred
Work includes: extraction, drying setup/removal, moisture readings, reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in mitigation or restoration
Reliable transportation and communication
Own tools/equipment preferred
Liability insurance a plus
