Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance for residential and commercial properties
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
Complete assigned work orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with tenants, management, and team members
Requirements:
Must have own tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
Must have a working phone number and be reachable for scheduling
References required (will be verified)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Compensation:
$28–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill set
