Allen Eden Inc. looking for full-time E-Commerce Assistant:
Responsibilities:
1) Create & optimize listings on e-commerce selling platform, including writing product descriptions and content, build and manage product images, adjust information such as price, etc.
2) Answering Emails, Customer Inquiries and taking Phone Calls, Routing Calls on and from Marketplace platform such as Walmart, Amazon, Ebay.
3) Handling Returns, cancelling orders
4) Collaboration with multiple departments: from the warehouse to shipping to sales and management.
5) Understanding e-commerce procedures, fees, and systems, as well as any updates that may affect them.
6) Playing guitar is a benefit to the job but not required.
Job Requirements:
Computer literacy.
35-45 wpm
Basic Excel, word and experience with templates for uploading products.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Required Experience:
1 Year of E-Commerce CSR, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Ebay
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Drivers license.
Preferred: Associates degree or Bachelors
