We are looking for a highly experienced podcast/video editor who can handle both production and posting with zero hand-holding. Do NOT apply unless you meet all requirements and can provide proven work.
Responsibilities (Must Be Able to Do All)
Edit a 1-hour podcast weekly at a professional standard
Create 7 polished clips with captions, graphics, and clean transitions
Produce 5–10 reels weekly optimized for IG/TikTok/Shorts
Live-switch a 4-hour podcast every Friday (camera switching, audio, scene management)
Upload full episodes to YouTube (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, SEO basics)
Post reels to our verified Instagram with proper formatting and best practices
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience editing podcasts and social clips
Portfolio required (YouTube links, reels, or previous podcast work)
Experience with live switching (OBS, ATEM, or similar systems)
Strong ability in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to work consistently, hit deadlines, and follow brand style
References required from past clients or employers
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver professional-level work
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Motion graphics/animation
Understanding of social media trends and growth strategy
Ability to create thumbnails
