Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement application systems for internal departments (Accounting, Operations, Property Management)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the business process and ways to optimize technology more effectively
  • Design roadmaps that adhere to data governance standards and leverage innovative technology solutions that will drive and maximize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation and gather technical & functional requirement that will enhance the business workflow process
  • Perform business analysis & data analysis of firm's real estate Accounting ERPs & financial systems
  • Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with Application Development team during the product development lifecycle process
  • Test & update the firm's core systems, create reports, and migrate data to new platforms

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System of related field
  • Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Technology (preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience implementing and managing enterprise software solutions in Project Management, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role
  • 3+ years' experience working in the Real Estate, Investment, or Banking vertical.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Real Estate & Accounting ERP Systems (Yardi & MRI)
  • Knowledge of Account Payable platforms (Yardi P2P, Nexus Payables, AvidXChange)
  • Experience implementing and managing Treasury workstations (Kyriba, GTreasury, Reval)
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM)
  • Advanced skills in (XLOOKUP, Excel Models, Pivot Tables, INDEX)
  • Intermediate level knowledge of SQL Server & T-SQL scripting
  • Hands-on experience working with DAX data models and BI & Data Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
  • In-depth knowledge of technical integration mediums
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, & Asana)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps methodologies
  • Exceptional documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
