- Design & deliver an exceptional user experience for customers
- Gather business requirement, conduct user & market research, identify customer needs
- Develop design concepts and build prototypes to test and validate your design
- Create journey roadmaps and develop user flows, site mappings, & wireframes
- Design & develop web-based application that drive customer engagement & experience
- Build designs to test user engagement & conversions (i.e. element design, page placement/position, and text/copy)
- Collaborate with Product Team during the product development lifecycle
- Develop and communicate UX/UI principles, policies, and best practices.
- BS/BA degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design/UX, or related fields
- 5+ years of professional work experience in Visual Design (UI), User Experience Design (UX), & UX Research
- Proven track record of designing and maintaining a large design system
- Experience designing page objectives & creating users flows
- Experience designing & developing web-based applications for a B2C or SaaS company
- Experience collaborating with a Product team
- Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle
- Experience working in an Agile product development environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum & Kanban methodologies
- Proficient in prototyping with Figma, InVision, Proto.io
- Skilled with front-end & web development best practices & languages (HTML CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization testing, & beta product testing
- Portfolio of past and current work
