MRO Coordinator

DescriptionLarge Manufacturing company in Los Banos has an immediate need for an MRO Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to full time basis.This position will be full time hours and will be reporting to the Maitenance Manager.As the MRO Coordinator responsibilities will include but not limited to:-Ensure that maintenance parts inventory and control procedures for Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) are in place and adhered to.-Prepare, organize, and track spare parts inventory through internal software.-Work with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to establish re-order points (min-max) for all parts and supplies based on lead times and safety stock levels.-Maintain all Capital Investment documentation with effective utilization of fixed assets and project resources.-Work with the Director of Business Process Improvement Engineering to coordinate all expenditures relating to capital spending including the purchasing and scheduling of vendors working on capital projects.-Support the review, understanding and compliance of all programs, policies and procedures contained in the Food Safety and Quality Management System.At least 2-3 of relevant experience is required and ideally Manufacturing industry experience is desired.RequirementsInventory, Process Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Agreements, Purchased Materials, Purchasing Department, Purchasing Materials, Purchasing Procurement, Maintenance RequestsAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
