Unity 3D Programmer 3-4 months contract Santa Clara, CA Job Description Objectives of this Role
Collaborate with human-centered design researchers to deliver large and complex features on time and to a high standard Be part of the development process and contribute improvements and suggestions, driving the quality of the code throughout the entire production cycle Mentor human-centered design researchers to use the virtual HUD for experiments, and help maintain code, product, and process quality ResponsibilitiesSet up a sample VR environment for HUD testing using assets from the Unity store Plan, design and implement the augmented reality HUD in Unity Quickly create and iterate on prototypes showcasing new designs and interaction patterns Design, build, maintain, and document efficient, reusable, and reliable code Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field ; Masters degree preferred 3-5 years experience with Unity 3D/Content Development Strong 3D math skills Experience profiling and optimizing render performance (GPU and CPU) Experience working on VR driving simulators preferred Understanding UX design process and experience working with UX design team and/or development teamWhy Kelly ® ?By partnering with Kelly® Technology, you'll have direct connections to top companies around the globe-giving you the chance to put your tech skills to work on some of today's most intriguing, innovative, and high-visibility projects.
