This 350+ patient bed, short-term acute care hospital is home to a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services such as a 24/7 Emergency Department, Cancer Care, and Surgical Services just to name a few. The Chief Nursing Officer would be the designated Nurse Leader responsible for providing nursing direction throughout all departments. In this role, the CNO will collaborate effectively with members of the board, administration, and implement the strategic plans that align with the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare rooted in the latest evidence-based practices.
The Chief Nursing Officer CNO will mentor and support hospital administrators, nurse directors, nurse managers and support staff. This leader will be expected to encourage best practice amongst all nursing department leaders. The Chief Nursing Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer CEO and serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.On top of providing top-notch leadership to staff, the Chief Nursing Officer will participate in forecasting trends, initiating procedures, and offering insights to improve the delivered quality of care.
