Trial Court Case Management System (CMS) Analyst to work with one of our direct clients in Madera, CA.

Title: Trial Court Case Management System (CMS) Integrator

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Location: Madera, CA

Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required for each Classification (in order of relative importance):
  • Ability to work interactively with application developers to facilitate the implementation and testing of system enhancements in a cloud-hosted environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to evaluate and categorize complex ideas into manageable pieces.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate alternative technical solutions, and to analyze the pros and cons of each solution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience authoring, maintaining and implementing technical procedures.
  • Develop checklists, installation instructions and operating instructions.
  • Experience with application design work such as folder structure on Data Exchange servers.
  • In particular, Tomcat AWS interface folders and methods of SFTP file delivery.
  • Ability to evaluate statutes applicable to public and agency rights to access court information and provide recommended course of action.
  • Ability to perform upgrades that are initiated with the eCourt application and/or interfaces.
  • Principles of information systems architecture for enterprise-wide systems development such as client/server and multi-tiered system architecture including internet/intranet-based application delivery mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of the principles of system design, implementation, and development.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Visio.
  • Excellent team-building skills, including cross-functional team building and communication with both internal and external resources.

Trial Court Case Management System (CMS) Analyst:
  • Work involves assisting with supporting projects by performing the lead business analyst role for CMS which may include business process reengineering.
  • Additionally, assist with maintaining interfaces, preparing business and technical requirements, functional design and providing training as needed.
  • Tasks may include items such as gap analysis, configuration changes, creating searches and reports, as well as identifying data cleansing tasks.
  • Please include a list of all Trial Court CMS applications supported.
  • Ability to modify configuration and workflow processes in a case management system.
  • Ability to work interactively with application developers to facilitate the implementation and testing of system enhancements in a cloud-hosted environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of case management system configuration experience in a cloud-hosted environment.

Additional Qualifications Desired for each Classification:
  • Technical experience in providing project support with eCourt and interfaces in a cloud-hosted environment.
  • Experience providing technical project and production support for government agencies or public bodies.
  • Trial Court operational knowledge and/or experience is highly desirable.
