Job SummaryThe Clinic Manager supervises and directs all patient care and related activities for Family Medicine clinic. Ensures protocols, policies, and workflows are in place to provide consistent safe care to our patient populations. This leader will be responsible for working with the Quality Department, physicians and other practitioners on Quality Measures and metrics to ensure compliance and attainment.What You'll Do:Manage various personnel functions including, but not limited to hiring, training, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and schedules.

Facilitates provider relations by effectively communicating and providing feedback to the medical staff of the clinics.

Reviews, updates, and establishes policies and procedures pertaining to clinical matters.

Responsible for clinical staffing based on patient volumes, facilitating team-based care, and the number of providers each day.

Effectively delegates projects, work assignments, and tasks to staff with clear expectations of the desired results, explanation of the available resources, and clarification of accountability as work progresses, and clear guidelines to follow.

Plan, research, develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.

Monitors effective and productive use of time and optimal utilization of skills and resources.

Responsible for departmental operating and capital budgets; accountable for maintaining appropriate budgetary control.

Supports the organizations effective Quality Improvement Program for the clinics, which interacts appropriately with medical staff and other departments.

Who You Are:Strong leadership skills

Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision making

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Skills in project management to ensure success of all projects/changes big or small

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or other related field desired or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of 2 years management-level experience in Healthcare required.
