job descriptionPallet BuilderRandstad is currently hiring for experienced, driven, and hard-working individuals who like more than one way to earn their money every week at this distribution warehouse! Apply to this temp-to-hire position now if qualified!This is a fast-paced and freestyle pallet consolidation position where accuracy and productivity are the main focus.- This position is in the shipping department of the warehouse.Monday-Friday (Overtime on rotating Saturdays)2pm-10:30pm$15 hourly rate ($15-20/hr is the average calculated base pay with incentives)Temp-To-Hire OpportunityCan you make it to work every day and on time?- Earn extra CASH!-Do you know how to work safely?- Earn more CASH!-Can you finish your task before the end of the shift?- Leave up to 2 hours early every day WITH PAY!Typical duties:-Counting cases that are being placed onto pallets.-Building partial pallets to create full pallets of product.-Use of RF scanner - data entry (experience preferred but not required)-Meeting accuracy metrics.-Meeting productivity metrics.-Palletizing products.-Reading SKU numbers on labels/boxes.Skills:-Able to work quickly and efficiently to be sure you're hitting productivity.-Able to pay attention to SOP of the department in order to reduce errors/inaccurate counts.-Basic counting/math is REQUIRED-Close attention to detail is REQUIRED-Able to work independently throughout the shift.Qualifications:Please apply with your updated resume.
