PTW is looking for a Client Partnerships Manager to develop relationships and grow new business revenue within the video games industry. This role will be specific to our Audio Line of Business, working with the team at SIDE (www.side.com). This role requires a dynamic and highly motivated individual, who will build long term relationships with existing clients, close new business, liaise with decision makers, negotiate service contracts and manage client relationships. This position is perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic and results-orientated individual, with a passion for video games and helping developers realize their creative ambitions. Growth will be driven through growing and managing relationships with a dedicated client base in North America through creative solutions matching to developers needs. The successful candidate will have a track record of exceeding KPI’s through cultivating and growing relationships in the video games industry.
What you’ll be doing- Developing and managing long term relationships with Audio Directors, Producers, Outsource Managers and other key decision makers at video game publishers and developers.
- Managing the existing client base within the North American games market whilst establishing new client opportunities.
- Developing a strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business which supports our client’s needs.
- Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Working collaboratively with the delivery teams to generate creative and effective solutions for each specific client and title.
- Supporting the marketing efforts of SIDE and managing campaign outreach for North America.
- An individual with a passion for Video Games and excellent knowledge of the industry as a whole.
- A detailed oriented individual with the ability to masterfully track numerous accounts and opportunities.
- Experience in a client facing position with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships or significant experience of selecting and managing outsourced vendors in the games industry.
- Experience managing a revenue pipeline.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to forecast opportunities.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in an informal environment.
- Must have dedicated work space if working from home.
- An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be hugely beneficial but is not essential.
