Respond to inquiries regarding key clients. Reconciliation General ledger Month end Guide and mentor the staff. Provide audit support when necessary. Deliver analysis of weekly expense trends for Weekly Cash Flow Forecast. Maintaining files and date into systems. Maintain, update and ascertain 1099 vendors. Manage and monitor all Concur expensesRequirementsRequirements: AA or BS/BA in Accounting or Similar preferred Strong is Microsoft Excel Accounts Payable Prior AP roles prefered General Ledger Inventory Accrual knowledge.
