Your responsibilities in this role

- Aquires and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

- Determines project with correct ticket workflows and boards

- Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments

- Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely

- Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met

- Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

- In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

- Aids to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

- Make it easier for the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

- Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests

- Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

- Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references

- States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Supervises project planning

- Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical

- Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

Requirements

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Can work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred

- To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

- MS Windows 10 experience desired

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- To be considered, you should be flexible and focused

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

- Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.

- Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is required for success at this position.
