Position Overview:Develops, implements, and maintains quality assurance programs, policies and processes to ensure quality and performance of the systems and environments. Coordinates the logistics and timelines of all testing efforts. Tracks testing defects and ensures they are addressed prior to moving build to Production environment. Assumes some of the project management responsibilities of assigned tasks.Qualifications:Ideal candidate for this role:o writing system and application test plans – manually executing scripts and documenting bugso strong analytical skills when testing user flowso experience with Testing Automation – to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product qualityo ADA Compliance Testing – JAWS, etc. software experience (a plus)- QA automation tester – for web & mobile applications:o design automated tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. This includes determining priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.o analyze bug reports and highlight problems to help identify fixes for them.
