This Technical Support service should be available on an as-needed basis. The successful Technical Support candidate(s) will have:
  • Availability and flexibility in providing services.
  • Experience in providing ongoing technical support for Lotus Notes.

    • Required Experience:
  • Experience in providing technical support for Lotus Notes applications
  • Experience with user testing and acceptance activities for Lotus Notes solutions
  • Experience in the evaluation and verification of support requests for Lotus Notes applications.
  • Experience in the documenting the outcomes of support requests for Lotus Notes applications.
  • Experience in working remotely in a team environment
