DripWorks, a local Catalog/Internet Retailer is NOW hiring seasonal Customer Service Representatives for our local Call Center! If you have strong computer/phone skills and customer service experience, please apply. This is NOT a telemarketing job!
Job Duties and minimum requirements include:
Answer phones, respond to emails and conduct Live Chat via the internet.
Experience using computers including Microsoft windows environment.
Type a minimum of 45 wpm.
Assist customers with online or telephone orders using our website or catalog.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a friendly and productive attitude.
Position requires impeccable attendance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and/or Sat 7am-noon).
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
