DripWorks, a local Catalog/Internet Retailer is NOW hiring SEASONAL Customer Service Representatives to work in our call center. If you have strong computer/phone skills and customer service experience, please apply! This is a full-time SEASONAL POSITION (This is NOT a telemarketing job!)Minimum Requirements:
Answer phones, respond to emails and conduct Live Chat via the internet.
Experience using computers including Microsoft windows environment.
Assist customers with online or telephone orders using our website or catalog.
Excellent organizational skills.
Type a minimum of 45 wpm.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a friendly and productive attitude.
Impeccable attendance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and/or Sat 7am-noon).
Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.
Interviews start week of January 24th and the job starts on February 10, 2020.
