The Harbor House Inn is looking for another Innkeeper to join our hospitality/guest services team! We are looking for candidates who are detail oriented, effective communicators, self-starters, problem solvers, collaborative, and passionate about providing top notch guest experience for all guests coming in and out of the Inn and Restaurant. Previous experience leading others or working in high-end hospitality roles are an added plus.
The role will involve:
- Assisting with guest check-in/check-outs
- Liasoning with housekeeping and double checking work
- Conducting room checks to ensure each room is ready for check in
- Booking reservations for the Inn and Restaurant
- Assisting guests with planning on-site/off-site activities
- Conducting tours
- Helping bring breakfast to guests/assist with coffee service
- Coming up with new ways to optimize day-to-day tasks
- Filing paperwork
