Christian, Senior couple, Seeking physically able, mature, Property Managers, for 250 acre Property , in exchange for “on site “ , upstairs 1 bedroom small house . Located creekside, in Rural country Middletown, CA . We are seeking female 5-8 hrs. per week of housework and gardens assistance, and male to work 16-24 hrs. per week to help clear brush, load and deliver firewood with our ranch truck, and provide Property upkeep, to caretake ranch home when we are traveling out of town.
Must be Married couple , non drinking , non smoking , Non drug users.
Provide a background check and, DMV report and CDL upon hire.
Must like dogs and cat. on site laundry room.
Caretakers will be responsible pay their own PGE, Landline phone , and provide their own Internet service. Water and Garbage is included.

Working Property Manager to Work a 8 hr. per weeks in lieu of rent
Housekeeper to work 5-8hrs. per week
