Records Analyst I, II, III, IV:

One (1) FT 40 hrs. week/Non-Exempt/$17.00 + DOE/Job#07-BHS

Completes administrative functions as needed before a client is seen for services. Completes referral information. Create client charts, audits charts ensuring paperwork is signed, notifies providers of inaccuracies, ensuring files are up to date & complete, file progress notes. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, medical database software. Must have Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or Associates degree (A.A.) and two years' experience in a medical or business-related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred, not required.

Benefit Overview:

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits before 30-days of full time service with the agency, the 1st, of the month following, date of hire. You are eligible to use PTO, paid holidays upon date of hire with the agency.
