The Integrity Action Platform (IAP) is the centralized platform for the development and execution of integrity actions, acts as the entry point to downstream integrity services and ensures the traceability of integrity actions for measurement and transparency reporting. IAP has dozens of stakeholders that span integrity teams who use the platform to create and execute actions, legitimacy and measurement teams that power things like externally published Community Standards Enforcement Reports and teams who have services integrated with the core action framework, such as Integrity Experiences (IX). While we continue ongoing investments in the areas of coverage, adoption, system consolidation, onboarding & governance, IAP is beginning to move into its next phase through development of platform services to better meet the needs of key client segments. We are setting the standard for how teams across the company categorize and think about different types of actions and their needs.As a Technical Program Manager on this team, you will partner with Product Management to develop platform strategy and priorities. You will drive system design for new features such as scheduling API. You will partner with Operations and Data Science on initiatives like platform services, governance, simplified onboarding, maturity and measurement. You will work with cross functional partners and leadership to align on the taxonomy of actions and understand technical requirements for complex dependencies like CSER, and identify solutions. You will also take on stakeholder engagement, manage partner requests and influence cross functional partners to rally behind platform adoption and coverage initiatives.

  • Help develop and drive execution of 6 month roadmaps for team
  • Scope and execute 0 1 new initiatives requiring coordination amongst multiple cross functional partners (e.g. Admin Records Privacy improvements)
  • Create and manage onboarding flows and governance enforcement, developing playbooks to enable team to scale
  • Partner with Operations to manage intake and prioritization of stakeholder/partner requests
  • Identify, prioritize, allocate resources, and secure cross functional partner commitments for efforts to drive adoption and coverage
  • Influence product direction and development of platform services
  • Drive development of platform maturity matrix and key metrics to evaluate progress
  • Ensure core actions programs are properly represented to leadership
  • Drive business-critical, time-sensitive initiatives as necessary (e.g. ePD compliance)
  • Collaborate with EM and PM to improve team dynamics and promote morale
  • Develop and maintain action taxonomy as a single source of truth for actions across integrity

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
  • Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
  • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with systems
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
