Job Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate performance requirements of marketing vendors
- Review and benchmarks bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements, strong capabilities, fee competitiveness and determines acceptable bids
- Prepare sourcing documents, contracts, statements of work and related procurement documents
- Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts
- Act as a cross functional partner across Marketing, Source-to-Pay, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to identify best practice, mitigate any risks and execute contract/statement of work in an efficient and timely manner
- Analyze spend data, internal requirements, and external supply markets to help in developing sourcing strategies and plans aligned with the business goals
- Advises relevant departments of sourcing policies and ensure compliance from all stakeholders
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on short timelines
- Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Knowledge of Marketing Industry practices
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field required.
