job descriptionContracts and Sourcing Specialistjob summary:Our client, a leading global technology company is seeking an organized, motivated Sourcing Specialist that will work closely with key business partners, legal teams, and technical partners to action source-to-pay requests for the engineering and information security teams.This position will be located in Menlo Park, CA and report to a Technology Sourcing Manager.location: Menlo Park, Californiajob type: Contractwork hours: 8 to 5education: Bachelor's degreeexperience: 3 Yearsresponsibilities:Skills:Specific project work and source-to-pay activities may vary, including:

Prepare Master Agreements (MSA, MPA, PSA) and related statements of work and orders primarily for Software/SAAS and Professional Services

Negotiate, manage, coordinate, and support sourcing projects, including managing competitive bids, RFx, obtaining quotes, examining proposals, analyzing bids, etc.

Analyze spend and other data, monitor purchasing activity, manage benchmarking and reporting.

Prepare sourcing-related process documentation, presentation, and training guides.

Efficiently track and triage high volume work to appropriate cross functional teams.

Support special projects as needed.

qualifications:Education:

Three years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or contracting.

Ability to interact with employees at all levels, develop cooperative working partnerships and contribute to teams.

Able to prioritize and use available tools to be highly productive and manage high volumes.

Highly motivated and able to think clearly under pressure.

Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to flourish in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity.
