SummaryThe Strategic Planning & Operations team is seeking a Data Analyst to support analytics for the Spark (AR platform) Partnerships team. You will bring analytical rigour and transparency to the management of the Spark ecosystem, help build the book of business, and help set up tangible goals for our creators and internal teams. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with Partnerships and Engineering to support strategic Augmented Reality efforts through our managed programs such as the Spark AR Partner Network

Primary Responsibilities- Use internal data to define and report on key performance indicators to measure the performance and health of our partner programs- Provide analytical support and scenario modeling for key planning processes for Spark Partnerships including goal setting, forecasting and resource planning- Work with Partnerships and other cross-functional teams to define segments and build the book of business for each one of our programs- Own analytical initiative projects and coordination with key stakeholders to answer tough business questions and drive business performance- Provide first rate reporting, along with data driven insights, via SQL and data visualization tools

MUST HAVE:Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau.

Skills- 7+ years of experience working in an analytical capacity developing insights, defining metrics, and making recommendations- Advanced SQL experience or relational database experience- Experience using data access tools and building visualizations using large datasets and multiple data sources- Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and experience seeing beyond numbers to drive sound decision-making from complex datasets- Proven stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple cross-functional partners simultaneously- Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences including communicating with senior management

Preferred Qualification- 3+ years of experience with packages such as Python, R, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, etc.- Familiarity with creator ecosystems, multi-sided marketplace models- Familiarity with start-ups, working in always-on, fast-paced environments with ambiguous data
