Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking a high caliber Data and Analytics Manager to be part of the Global Business Planning and Operations team. This person will be responsible for driving sound decisions, strategic planning and operational improvements across the Facebook teams that work with partners such as data partners, resellers, and marketing partners. The role will work closely with the Global Partnership organization, across the entire Global Marketing Solutions group and with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Data Science, Tooling, Finance and Business Intelligence/IT to build out business reporting and data infra, and operational tactics to drive scalable revenue growth, align partner efforts and create effective partner programs in the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook and its partner ecosystem, interested in advertising, a strategic thinker who can drive for results and able to move fast. This is a full-time position and is located in our Menlo Park or San Francisco office.Required Skills:

Lead a high-performing data analytics team

Coach team of analysts and program managers to conduct analysis on business performance and leverage analytics to help driving the business

Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue/market and product trends, including vertical/sub-vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, productivity and sales effectiveness across partners and resellers

Responsible for the Global Partnerships data stack, including partner attribution, partner graph, and reporting pipelines, including tools for the organization to generate insights

Rhythm of the business: Design and execute on standard cadence of operations (e.g., goal-setting, forecasting, revenue and operational KPI reviews, key accounts/partner reviews) to inform management with actionable improvement opportunities

Design and drive planning activities with the primary objective of enabling sales and partnership leadership to make effective, analytically-driven and strategic operating decisions to drive growth. This includes medium/long-term go-to-market/route-to-market planning (strategic, operational and financial) focused on market opportunity sizing, product focus, resourcing (direct and indirect) and org implications

Execute critical projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams across the organization. Support local implementation of global programs together with teams in Region. Drive operational excellence in the sales/partnership organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. In conjunction with business owners, provide guidance in developing strategic partnerships by assessing viability and return on investment

Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners across the company, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives and represent the partnership functions with cross-functional teams and in Region

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field)

10+ years of work experience in Sales Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting, or 8+ years experience with MBA/Master’s degree

2+ years of People management experience

Experience in problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets

Experience in leading teams that develop organizational metrics, core reporting, insights into problems and sharing levers

Expertise with leveraging advanced SQL to query data from large/complex databases

Experience presenting technical content to audiences

Proven stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple partners simultaneously

Experience partnering closely with engineering on projects

Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools

Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field

Experience with Python and/or R

Experience working independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau
