Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: The role of Fulfillment Planner is an immediate impact and complex role, and it must be undertaken by someone who is capable of jumping into complex problems, driving cross-organizational collaboration, rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty on systems and data, and ultimately delivering results with a tenacious passion for doing “what it takes”. This is a full-time position based in our Menlo Park office.The Fulfillment Planner for AR/VR will have ownership and autonomy to manage the relationship, process, and data flow between operations supply planning and our fulfillment teams and partners. The planner will work with Supply Planning, Channel Operations, Retail Sales, Direct to Consumer, Enterprise and Fulfillment Ops groups in order to develop balanced fulfillment execution plans at all channel levels and for all accounts within the channel. The Fulfillment Planner must understand and consider channel requirements and WOS target strategies and work cross functionally with fulfillment teams to identify and resolve challenges as required. Equally, the role will work closely with fulfillment operations to agree/align warehouse, logistics, pick/pack/ship plans with the required shipment plans. Successful execution in this role has a direct impact to customer in stock rates, OTD, fulfillment costs, warehouse utilization, labor, etc.Required Skills:

Owns the relationship, process development, and data flow between planning and fulfillment operations – ensuring planning has the required inputs to properly balance demand & supply and fulfillment has the needed inputs to successfully manage pick/pack/ship operations.

Owns all planning inputs & outputs within the walls of our distribution centers (DCs) including warehouse capacity and throughput capacities and plans.

Input both warehouse and transportation capacity as needed into order promising/available -to-promise (ATP) tools.

Single point of contact to coordinate with fulfillment teams with needed inventory transactions, movements, rework, hold, etc.

Responsible for the sub-inventory transactions in Oracle in support of order shipments.

Owns the kitting, rework and other value-added warehouse activities for all product families.

Leads a quarterly review of excess and obsolete FG inventory at the DC’s, including scrap requests with the Reverse Logistics team.

Delivering of key supply chain key performance indicators (KPI) associated with both the planning and fulfillment teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with engaging with and extracting data from ERP systems (specifically regarding ATP, order management, allocations, and fulfillment).

Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals (Tableau, Business Intelligence hubs).

Proactive problem solving with communication and collaborative skills.

Experience in a startup or small-team entrepreneurial environment.

Experience influencing and driving decision-making through fact-based analysis and rationale.

Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in close engagement and management of third party fulfillment partners

University BS or MS in supply chain

5+ years’ experience in relevant Planning, Logistics or Fulfillment role, preferably in Consumer Electronics

Certification in materials management supply chain (e.g., APICS) preferred
