Responsibilities- Take broad, complex business problems and turn them into valuable solutions for our internal users and partners.- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with your product team and stakeholders.- Solicit feedback often to continually raise our bar for quality.- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Partner Managers and Business Leads to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.- Conduct in-depth user research to inform product strategy, requirements and roadmap priorities.Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of application design experience- 5+ years of visual design experience- 4+ years of interaction design experience- 4+ years of strategic product thinking and vision experience- Experience in shipping applications or software- Provide URL featuring examples of interaction design work- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
