Title: Project/Program Management - Program Manager IILocation: Menlo Park, CADuration: 06 MonthsJob Description: Program Manager, APACClient Reality Labs is seeking a Program Manager, APAC, to lead the end-to-end strategy and scaling of content launches, sales, and editorial for the App Store in the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires Japanese fluency and a strong understanding of the Japanese market.The ideal candidate will be an expert on building strategic campaign roadmaps, with a proven track-record of providing upward visibility to leadership while building strong XFN relationships. A background in apps, games, or digital entertainment operations with a strong analytical sense are required. We're looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done on a global scale.What You'll DoLead strategic planning for content programs, sales, and editorial curation for APAC App Stores.Own the end-to-end production of APAC content campaigns, with a strong emphasis on the Japanese market.Build relationships with XFN teams for regional operational and engineering roadmaps.Develop experimental campaign roadmaps to increase the performance of App Store campaigns.Ensure all programs are culturally fitting and closely aligned with Client objectives.Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basis.RequirementsFluency in Japanese.Proven success record in building regional or global analytics-informed campaign roadmaps.3-5 years of project or program management experience.Deep understanding of the technical foundations of digital content distribution.Demonstrated experience scaling products through XFN team-building.Experienced leader that drives projects to completion with minimal guidance.You have likely worked at an ad agency, or on a content or editorial team.
